Sterlingworth Condominiums was a famous hotel in the tourist town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Originally 60 rooms,
the precast concrete structure was transformed into 38 luxury condominiums. Located literally steps from the water,
this project could never have been built from "scratch". Sections of the old dining room roof were taken off
to create an open air atrium.
Shadowglen Townhouses
Shadowglen Townhouses are Two Family
units.
These two story townhouses have cedar lap siding throughout
with
stone base columns.
Heritage Farms
Heritage Farms is a Gated Senior Living facility. It has a Clubhouse,
originally an old Farmhouse contains Exercise, Card Room, Meeting Space,
Kitchen and a Fireplace Sitting Room. The complex has a Walking
Trail surrounding the various size units. The condominiums are available in two, three and four unit buildings.
