This project called Bella Villaggio is designed as a plan for pedestrian friendly activity.
There is a Linear Mall which has minimum crossing of vehicular traffic. A Sustainable Community with
Commercial Offices, Light Retail, Medical Spa and Senior Living Residential. Bridged by a lake, there is boat access
& parking and a Restaurant which has outdoor dining to either view the Boat launching or Personal Cabanas with Grills.
